Pick what goes in a walkthrough report, send each trade only its own items, and pull the list into a spreadsheet.
Choose what goes in the report
Open a walkthrough and tap Report. Turn the cover page, photos, captions, and time stamps on or off, choose Four per page or One per page with before and after, and decide whether finished items print. The page count and file size update as you tap. Your choices are remembered for the job, so the one-tap Export and Email on the list screen use them too. On the web the same choices sit behind the Report button on the walkthrough page.

One email per trade
Turn on One email per trade and each sub gets a report with only their items, sent to the contact you starred for that job. Before anything goes out you see who gets what. Items with nobody to send to come back to you in one email so nothing is lost. Only your own office staff see sub email addresses.

The cover counts what matters
The cover and every page footer now read "13 issues identified · 1 completed", so the person reading it knows the size of the list before the first page. If your company calls them deficiencies or punches, the word can be set per company. Ask and we'll switch it.
How to use it: Nothing to do.
Pull a walkthrough into a spreadsheet
Export a walkthrough as a CSV file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets: one row per item with the number, what's wrong, room, who it's for, status, and when it was taken. The project punch list export got the same clean columns.
