One field, many photos, four to a page

Released 2026-09-13

Making a punch item is one field now, a batch of photos becomes a batch of punch items in one screen, and walkthrough reports print four issues to a page.

Make a punch item with one field

Take the photo, type what's wrong, tap Save. Room, who it's for, notes, and priority are chips under the field. Tap one only if you want it. Save and next keeps the camera going; Save and done takes you back to the list.

How to use it: Capture, Make punch item, type what's wrong, Save.

Several photos, several punch items, one screen

Pick up to twelve photos in the gallery and tap Make punch items. You get one row per photo. Type what's wrong on each, Return jumps to the next row. Two photos of the same problem? Tap the three dots on the second one and move it up into the first. Mark up a photo without leaving the list.

How to use it: Photos, Select, pick the photos, Make punch items.

A punch item no longer needs a title

Save one with the photo and nothing typed and it comes in as Issue 1, Issue 2, and so on. Fill in the words later or leave it. The photo is the record.

How to use it: Nothing to do. Save with the field empty.

Walkthrough reports print four issues to a page

The walkthrough PDF and the emailed report now put four items on each page: photo, what's wrong, room, who it's for, and when it was taken in your time zone. Each item shows its first photo and says how many more it has. The completion report has a choice on the export screen: Four per page or One per page with before and after. One per page is the same report you had before.

How to use it: Walkthroughs, Finish, Export or Email. Completion report, pick the layout, Export.
