The team-member counter now matches the promise — invited subcontractors, free viewers, and clients don't use a seat, and clock-only Punch Clock seats stay billed separately.
Only your paid teammates count toward your seat limit
Invited subcontractors, free viewers, and clients can be on as many projects as you like without using one of your plan's seats — and now the counter, the "X of Y users" number in Settings, and the "approaching your limit" emails all reflect that. Only your own managers and office teammates count. Clock-only Punch Clock seats are still billed separately and don't touch this number.
How to use it: nothing to do — your seat count updated on its own.
