Trips and time clock record with the screen off
Tap Start Trip and put the phone away — the route keeps recording with the screen locked, so reimbursable miles come out right. Clocked-in workers get an occasional location point so the timesheet shows where the work happened. Recording only ever starts when you tap, and stops the moment you clock out or end the trip.
How to use it: Mileage tab → Start Trip, or Punch Clock → Clock In.
Comment on photos and tag your crew
Open any photo, tap the chat bubble, and type @ to tag someone on the project — they get a notification on their phone and by email.
Any photo can become a punch item
Spot a problem in a photo someone already took? Tap "Punch item" on it and it carries straight into a new punch item with the project already picked.
Faster, tougher uploads
Photos start uploading the moment you pick them, and uploads that hit a dead connection now recover on their own.
