If a photo upload stops making progress, the app now drops the stuck connection and retries within seconds.
Stuck uploads fix themselves
On cellular, an upload can sometimes freeze mid-way when the network hands off. The app now notices when a photo stops making progress (about 20 seconds; 45 on cellular), drops that connection, and retries with a fresh link — you'll see "Reconnecting…" on the photo instead of a frozen bar.
