Trim any number of off-site stretches out of a worker's day, and let approved job-site areas propose those cuts for you.
Cut time out of a shift, as many times as you need
A worker clocks in, leaves for two hours, comes back, leaves again — now you can cut each of those stretches out of the shift on the timeline, with a reason. Every total, export, and PDF uses the trimmed time, and the worker sees the adjustment on their own entry.
How to use it: Timesheets → click a shift → "Cut time out of this shift" → drag across the bar → add a reason.
Approved areas that propose cuts for you
Add one or more approved areas around a job (circle or polygon) — even after the fact — then "Auto-cut from GPS" scans the crew's location trail and proposes a cut for every stretch spent outside all of them. Nothing changes pay until you apply a proposal; stretches with no GPS signal are flagged for you to judge instead of cut.
How to use it: Project Overview → Jobsite geofence → "+ Add area"; then Timesheets → "Auto-cut from GPS".
