Your cameras now build a timelapse of the whole job, photos upload a lot faster, and daily reports got easier to write.

Any camera you've added to a project can now take a full-resolution picture at up to four set times a day and stitch every one of them into a single video. The date is burned into each frame, so playing the video is watching the job go up. Frames are kept for 60 days, and you can have each day's picture drop into the project's photo feed if you want it in the record.
How to use it: Cameras → pick a camera → Timelapse → turn it on and set the times. The video rebuilds itself after each new frame, and it plays on your phone too.
Photos upload a lot faster
Big photo batches were crawling — a 44-photo upload could sit for minutes on good Wi-Fi. Two things were fixed: the app now hands photos straight to the network instead of parking them in the phone's background queue, and the server stopped re-checking your storage total on every single photo in a batch.
How to use it: Nothing to change — just upload. Keeping the app open still finishes a big batch fastest.
Full-screen photo viewer with swipe
Tapping a photo on your phone now fills the screen, and you swipe left and right to move through the set instead of backing out and tapping the next one.
How to use it: Photos tab → tap any photo → swipe.
Daily reports: bullet points and photo order
The summary field takes bullet points now, so a day's work reads as a list instead of a wall of text. You can also drag the photos into the order you want — they print in that order on the PDF.
How to use it: Daily Reports → open today's report → type your bullets in Summary, then drag photos into order.
Simpler crew section
The separate total crew count is gone. The per-trade rows are the count now, so there's nothing to keep in sync and no arguing with a number that disagrees with the rows above it. Typing a name under "Add other crew" no longer drops what you typed.
How to use it: Daily Reports → Crew. Add a row per trade; the total takes care of itself.
Daily report photos show up in the photo feed
A photo added to a daily report used to live only inside that report. Now every daily-report photo also lands in the project's photo feed, so the feed is the whole picture of the job again.
How to use it: Nothing to do — add photos to a report the way you always have.
Superintendents can add subcontractors
A superintendent no longer has to wait on a PM to get a sub onto the job. Supers can invite subcontractors themselves — subs only, not office staff — and those subs come in on the restricted view: drawings, submittals, their own punch items, and their own photos.
How to use it: Project → Team → Invite. Supers will see the subcontractor option.
Who can see this folder — at a glance
Documents has a folder access panel. Open it and you see exactly who can see the selected folder and why, plus whether a public link is live. You can hand access to a whole group — all subcontractors, viewers, clients, or one of your custom roles — or to one person, and subfolders inherit it.
How to use it: Documents → select a folder → Access. "Give access" to add a group or a person; the × next to a name takes it away.
