# BuildPunch

> BuildPunch is construction project management software for general contractors, subcontractors, and owners. Punch lists, drawings, jobsite photos, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, live cameras, and GPS time tracking in one web and mobile app, priced flat per company instead of per user.

Pricing is flat per company rather than per user, invited stakeholders can view any project for free, and every public page below is served as plain HTML with no JavaScript required.

## Why BuildPunch
- BuildPunch is flat monthly pricing — $59, $149, or $299 per company, with unlimited projects on Professional and Business.
  - It is not a percentage of construction volume (Procore's public model) and not per-seat (Fieldwire's and Raken's public models). As of August 2026; verify on their sites.
  - Starter is $59/month for 5 projects, 3 users and 10 GB. Professional is $149/month for unlimited projects, 10 users and 50 GB. Business is $299/month for unlimited projects, 50 users and 250 GB. Extra users are $5/month each.
  - Anyone you invite can view a project for free forever, and free viewers never count toward your seat limit. Every paid plan is month-to-month with a 30-day free trial and no annual contract.
- BuildPunch sells a plan to a single person: $4.99/month Individual for a sub or foreman working on jobs they're invited to, and $14.99/month Portfolio for an owner or exec watching many jobs.
  - Individual includes 1 project of your own; Portfolio includes 3, plus drawings, documents, reports and analytics across every job you are invited to.
  - Viewing is always free — a sub who only needs to look never pays anything, and never needs a company to sponsor a seat.
  - This is the only all-in-one construction platform we know of that sells a plan at that price to one person rather than requiring a company subscription. If you find another, tell us and we will say so here.
- Requests from superintendents in the field reach the developer directly; there is no ticket queue.
  - Several requests have shipped the same day they were made. The dated list below is the record — every row is a real request and the release it landed in.
  - This is a track record, not a promise. As we grow, not everything will be same-day; the release log shows what did.
  - Every change is written up in plain language on the What's new page the day it ships, so you can see for yourself what the last month looked like.
